About me

With experience working in both third sector and NHS mental health services, I’ve supported a wide range of adults experiencing mild to severe mental health difficulties.

I am a fully qualified counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Being part of the BACP means I work in line with their professional and ethical standards.

My Approach

I’m an integrative therapist, which means I tailor my approach to suit you as an individual. This may involve gently exploring past experiences to help make sense of the present, or taking a more practical focus to support you with current challenges and meaningful change moving forward.

We can work together in a flexible way, whether that’s noticing and understanding unhelpful patterns, developing ways to cope that feel more supportive, or building a kinder, more compassionate relationship with yourself.

My approach is rooted in humanistic and relational therapy, which means I place a strong focus on the therapeutic relationship itself. I view therapy as a collaborative process, where feeling understood, respected, and genuinely met as a person is central to the work and can in itself support healing and change.
